Have Healthy Competition With Yourself

Developing healthy competition starts with loving yourself, accepting who you are in that present moment and letting go of who you were in the past.

This process is not easy, but can not be dismissed as one that can be skipped in personal development.

There are certain aspects of life that Cause us shame and self hate. If you do not heal these traumas you will never have healthy competition with anyone or even yourself.

You will end up personalizing everything, making things about you when they are not, over reacting, under appreciating people and creating more and more insecurities.

Learn How To Fall In Love With The Process

A few years before venturing into entrepreneurship I was told by a dear friend of mine, lovingly that I would fail A LOT!!! As I heard the words coming out of her mouth, in shock it was vinegar to my ears. I chopped it off as the usual entrepreneurial journey. Little did I know I had a path that was not paved. And paving that path has not been easy.

But I have learned to fall in love with the different versions of myself that all this beautiful mess has created and evolved.

I have learned to be grateful, because I grew up in my “ house” through all of these challenges. Finding the silver lining in the dark shadows of life is not easy but it sure is worth it when you learn to love the process, appreciate the failure and fall in love with the different versions of yourself in that beautiful mess of a process called your life.

Take Responsibility For Your Actions

We all have emotions and many of us do not know how to manage and/or understand them. If you do not take time to analyze your thoughts and actions you will be in a constant cycle of masculine energy. Not allowing he brain to process and accept the action, event or change.

When we take responsibility for our actions, we have take time to be present, mindful, and reflective. Allowing our feminine energy to rise and heal us from the inside out.

Learn From Your Mistakes

Making a mistake once is human, making the same mistake twice or more is a decision. Understanding the decisions and learning from them take time and a lot of self forgiveness and forgiveness for those who you hurt and/or hurt you.

Making sure to learn from mistakes is creating awareness of your mistakes, bad habits and generational/childhood traumas. Awareness is the ability to see beyond your mistake and look deep into your triggers and traumas. Most of us tend to make the same mistake over and over, live in victim mindset and blame everyone else for our generational/childhood traumas.

Learning lessons from your mistakes takes acceptance and personal responsibility. Giving us the opportunity to ask for forgiveness and choose growth instead of resentment.

Create a Daily Routine

A healthy home needs a solid foundation to last and overcome the disasters of nature. The same goes for the brain/mind. If we are not solid in understanding who we are, where we come from, what our triggers are and what traumas we have experienced.

You need a constant routine to heal and be able to move forward with your life by accepting, learning, forgiving and letting go.
